Yesterday Sri K V Rabindran Nair,our CSFC Drafting Committee chairman passed away.It is a great loss to our department .For me it's a shocking news,because on monday he asked me to collect some data on UGC Funding and i did so.But because of the time constrain I was not able to brief him.He was such a noble,knowledgeable and simple man and willing to share his experience and knowledge without considering one's official status
